The Georgina Skating Club (GSC) and/or its proprietors will not be held responsible for any accidents or loss, however caused, and agree to release the proprietors from all claims or damages which may arise as a result of, or by any reason, of such accident or loss.  I understand that open ice times are a first register basis.  I give permission for the information I have provided on this website to be given to members of the GSC Board of Directors, Skate Canada and GSC employed coaching staff for use in connection with activities of the GSC.

 

 

 

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the GSC Board of Directors.  A $25.00 administration fee plus the Skate Canada fee will be charged.  If a minimum number of skaters do not register, the program will not run and a full refund will be issued.

 

 

It is understood and acknowledged that the registered skater may have their name and/or picture on GSC lists, website and newsletters, etc. and GSC, their officials, servants, representatives and their agents are released from any claims arising from the publication.

 

 

I hereby grant permission to the GSC to use my child's photograph on its website, social media, or in other printed publications without further consideration and I acknowledge GSC's right to treat the photograph at its discretion.  The GSC respects your privacy.  We protect your personal information and adhere to all legislative requirements with respect to privacy.  We do not rent, sell or trade our mailing lists.  We use your personal information to provide services and to keep you up-to-date on the activities within the GSC, including programs, services, special events, funding needs and volunteer opportunities.  If at any time you wish to be removed from any of these contacts, simply advise us in writing and we will gladly accommodate your request.
